Empire is fantastic. You can do everything through text which I love!!! They send a reminder text a few days before with instructions. The guys call you when they are on their way. This is not normal for most pool companies. Most places say they will be there at 11 and show up at 4pm. Empire was right on target with their ETA. The crew that came on-site was efficient, thorough, and professional. Very happy with Empire Pools!

Empire Pools did a wonderful job maintaining our pool. We got competitive quotes and they gave us the best price and we were not disappointed. They are professional and always answered any questions I had. It was our first season with a pool and we will be using them next year for sure. The pool was crystal clear all season and they provided chemicals as part of their service, so I don’t have to store excess chemicals.

Empire pools has become my go to team for all things swimmy! Their team is incredibly helpful, whether over text, problem solving or scheduling my pool opening and closing. The crew is polite and work neatly. Reasonably priced, I’d recommend them for all your pool needs.
